Jongseo Kim is the principal architect of Jongseo Kim Architect PC. With over 25 years of experience in the field, he specializes in single and multi-family housing, as well as mixed-use developments. As a registered architect licensed in New York, New Jersey, Alabama, and Georgia, he brings a practical and comprehensive perspective to his practice.

His approach integrates architectural design with a thorough understanding of structural systems. He has practical experience working with a diverse range of materials—including steel, concrete, precast concrete, wood, cables, membranes, and glass—ensuring that his designs are both structurally sound and thoughtfully executed. Beyond design, his expertise covers the technical aspects of project execution, including building sequences, scheduling, budgeting, and construction technologies.

Throughout his career, he has worked on projects across South Korea, Japan, and the United States, allowing him to adapt to diverse architectural contexts and local requirements. Prior to establishing his current firm, he developed his professional foundation at Gansam Partners (Seoul), Structural Design Group (Tokyo), Santiago Calatrava (New York), and Rockwell Group (New York).

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Hong-Ik University in Seoul and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University in New York.
